06 CUSE Chrome Issues

Just purchased an 06 Melon CUSE, 3K miles, chrome is bubbling on several pieces. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know of anyone I can contact for help besided the stealer?

There have been chrome problems (peeling) noticed on several model bikes for years and other then having the pieces replaced under original warranty and/or at the discretion of a dealer you will be on your own to have them replaced. My guess if you did a search on "peeling chrome" you could find a thread in every model specific board. :(

Sad to say but a very common problem, on an 06 I think your pretty much on your own the extended warranty if you have one does not cover chrome or paint.
