Great pics Rodney. The MoCo shoud use a couple of those for their adds. Seeing the pics of Ouray reminded me of a trip me and the wife did. We pulled in to Ouray, got a room, went acrtoss the street for some adult beverages, had a good dinner and a few more beverages, met some other riders, drank a few more beverages. On the way back to the room, we stopped and picked up some more adult beverages. In the parking lot of the motel, we hung out with some riders and drank some adult beverages. Turned out one of the guys we met was from Dallas, ( we're from Ft Worth ) and a Maverick basketball playoff game was on TV, game 6 I believe, so we turned the TV so we could see it from the parking lot while we drank more beverages. Had a great time, finally hit the sack about 1 AM.
About 3 AM, all hell broke loose. Fire trucks, ambulances, police, etc. Turns out one of the guys we met that nite had a heart attack and had to be transported to the hospital. With all the lights, sirens, etc, we didnt get a very good nites sleep, which we really needed after all the beverages. Anyway, we headed out the next AM pretty early, not feeling very well, headed south, and I wasn't prepared for some of those cliff roads with no guard rails and my head feeling like a basketball. I was very glad to make it to some flat roads and get some breakfast. That was a very scary ride that morning. Ouray is a very cool and unique town.
