Wanting to add CB/Intercom/TP Speakers to FLTRXSE
« on: February 26, 2013, 03:58:47 PM »

Ok, so after much deliberation I have decided that I wanted to add the CB/Intercom kit and TP speaker pods to my bike.  Mother HD in her infinite wisdom decided to leave the harness absent of these connections.  Has anyone done this yet?  If so any documentation?  I seen the thread on adding XM but not interested in XM radio.

hd pt numbers 70169-06 non-ultra overlay, 76416-06c cb modual, 77108-09a headset hookup kit that does not replace center console,  then you would need the head sets, tour pak speaker pods. you will have to have the dealer flash the radio to reconize the intercom. there is a thread that has this in it. let me look for it.

Send a PM to TIF2 with your phone number--he's an expert.

The wiring on your bike is different enough from my non-CVO EG that he will be a great resource for you. He can also supply any accessory wiring you may need to avoid hacking the OEM on your bike.
