Carlini Drag Bars
« on: March 17, 2011, 06:32:41 PM »

I put the Carlini Super Sweep bars with a 9" rise and their FSAP adapter plate on my FXSTSSE3. They are 1.5" diameter & I really like them on the bike. What do you think?

Can't go wrong with Carlini products. Looks like a "Springer" should. :2vrolijk_21:

Did it require different cables, brake & clutch lines or do the old ones fit?  Looks great!

Everything fit - tight, but it fit. The plugs for the wiring harness were a bear and I got frustrated, cut the wires, and soldered them back together. Not my preferred method but I took my time and did it right. When I did my '06, the harness plugs came apart much easier.

Those are beautiful bars... maybe something like that next year.  I like the Plate setup as well.  Nicely done.
