« on: November 25, 2009, 09:16:04 PM »

I am looking to up grade my front fairing speakers.
Anyone heard which one of these works the best?

Thanks

Put the Boom speakers in mine. They are a lot better than stock and look good. I haven't ever ridden a bike with Hog Tunes at highway speeds, so I can't compare the two.

I had Hog Tunes, for me they were nothing special ~~~ snap, crackle and poped like a bowel of cereal at less than 1/2 vol, had the amp also.  Good for low vol but nothing more, my 2 cents.

Do a search for Hawg Wired... you'll see nothing but positive reviews. Then get in touch with HDDude (Jim) and he'll get you a great deal on whatever you want.

We've installed several sets of Hog Tunes in the shop without any problems. The Arc system seems to provide a little crisper Audio but havent actually installed it yet.

There are numerous not-so-great reviews of the Hog Tunes on the board. Not the case with Hawg Wired. (I think I've seen one post from someone saying they weren't impressed...)
