When the IEDS came out we found that 14.2 was a good number. The XIEDS took it down a couple tenths and the heat went down a little but driveability didn't increase, and mileage decreased. With a SEST or TTS mastertune it is easy to use the CLB settings to alter the closed loop operation.

I'm running 14.4 now, bike runs great!
I may drop that down to 14.2 or so, just to see if there's any difference.

Thanks.

Looks like all that is needed is a good tune.  This is a SEST tune on a 2010 RoadGlide with Ventilator, D& D Fatcat
103 Stage 2 and 255 CAMS.  I have tuned (2) of these and yielded the same results.  The new bikes do tune differently and tuning procedures have changed.  By the way this bike consistently gets 40-42 MPG.  This bike is ridden pretty hard around town and 80mph on the highway.

I am pretty happy the way my bike runs now.
I am going to ride a 103 with the Andrews 54's installed (almost same as my bike as far as extras are concerned)
I'm still on the fence to go with the 54's or the 255's
Again, MY goals is for low-end torque, I have a fully loaded bike, and sometimes tow a trailer.
My riding style is a little different than most on THIS bike, it's kinda like my diesel truck! LOL
Thanks for all the feedback.

The 255s will suit best. No better grunt. If you want about 5 more HP the Wood TW5-6 is a good choice with no hit on torque down low.

Just got my 2010 streetglide back from dealer and was a little disappointed with this kit. 95 ft lbs of torque and 78 hp at 5100 RPM. I'm running a thunderheader 2 into 1 on it, thought I would at least be in the mid 80's hp, does this sound right or off a bit? Thanks.

is that with a  255 cam??   they have just used some canned map instead of a real tune.   also if you stil have the stock cat pipe, that explains the loss.
