Frankly, I happen to like this one that's been used for recent CVO GTG T Shirts. It's shown as an anniversary patch, but can easily be changed to a generic one.

Guy, I'm looking into making patches along with other CVO items. I'm working on some stuff posted in "Group Buys" right now. I hope to have more details and some designs next week.

Just saw a PM suggesting to look at this thread.  I'd missed it so far.  Someone was concerned that toes were being stepped on regarding the annual pins and patches sortie we've done each year.

If someone is masochistic gracious enough to wade through design options, bank all the little payments in the interim, build all the lists, produce the mailing and stuff a few hundred mailers once ot twice a year please feel free.  Please.  Really.  Pretty please. 

I'm not offended at all.  I think it's a wonderful idea.  In fact after several years in a row of running with these things, making a lot of friends happy with their trinkets and putting up with those small few that whine or claim loss I'm all for the baton being passed.

The real answer as to "who" isn't any great surprise AJ.  There were always a very few bitches bitchers who whined about speed of delivery or claimed loss (emphasis on the "claimed" in almost every case).  Those that did, however, were almost invariably stealth members.  Guys who never posted, whom we never saw and who had no other involvement with the group other than to spend $25 and try to double down.

Don't get me wrong.  The community has a lot of people who just read and enjoy.  And they take advantage of the group buys.  It's not uncommon to have 25% of pin/patch group buy participants be members with less than 20 posts.  Many have no posts at all.  The statistical irregularity is that the complainers are 98% from within that same non-participatory cohort.  And it's that way over and over and over again.
