Hey TwoLane-
I've rode without a bell for the last 30 years, but my wife and kids (4 daughters) bought me one for Christmas- I'm not sure that I'm brave enough to feel their wrath if I don't hang it... if you know what I mean.   [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

i had put one on my softail that my biz-partner at the time gave me and about a week later i snapped my primary belt in the let lane on a highway....... i made it into the breakdown lane without getting myself killed and the bell went flying into the woods........ i havent had one since and i have never been stranded since [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

They gave me a bell when I bought my bike and I got one from a Buddy for Christmas. I don't put faith in a bell on my bike. I put my faith in a Higher power....GOD! I use the bells on my  door handle going into the garage. That way I think about my Buddy when I'm comming and going! ;D

Was at the dealer one day with my wife and she wanted to buy me one of those bells for good luck. A friend of mine that works in the body shop overheard her and said every bike that comes in here wrecked has one of those bells on it. She didn
