Sorry about those numbers- that's pretty much what you get from the bike as it rolls off the showroom floor-on this side of the pond  :(

Sorry I dont remember if the export bike came with the 3.5"  cans  or the  4" like we have here?  Your tuner- did he go by the book with respect to euro E4 air fuel standards-or did he give you a nice rich map?  Btw-Did you get a look at the print out of the dyno - what are the AFR's

He pushed the AFR to the 13 level and then did the dynoruns to specialise in the different gears and rpms then he did the new smart settings of the supertuner and corrected like suggested , so it should be the optimum to get out of this stock intake and outtake configuration , runs pretty smooth and powerful and much more cooler ( i hope to feel this improve in the summer time).
The mufflers are 4" (i guess) but not the same as yours , i try to post a pic , perhaps you see whether they are 3.5" or 4" ( I don`t know it exactly , maybe you can tell me )

Based on how you described his tune- it sounds like he was thorough-

Another factor that might impact the numbers you ended up with could be the correction factor he input- or the type/brand dyno and software used. For example, the DynoJet brand vs a Factory Pro Eddy Current brand might differ as much as 15% in the HP/Torque numbers-

you can read up on it here: http://www.factorypro.com/dyno/true1.html

For reference - I used the Power Commander PC5 module - I have fullsac 2" baffles, - and my bike was tuned on a DynoJet Brand dyno the result was  - 95HP/112Ftlbs Torque-  as you know those are about the average numbers folks have achieved with non-cat headers- larger baffles and a FI tuner.

btw- I had a chance to ride an 08 Night train softail for a few days over in Eastern Czech Republic- and then in to Western Poland- wow what an experience- while the roads are sh_t in Poland, the sights are unreal. People looked like they never saw a Harley before. And Czech riding is the craziest I have ever done- like to pass on two lane roads its common that  riders to split lanes ( riding the center line) to pass- with on coming traffic at 120kmph- thats a new experience all together. Maybe someday I'll get a chance to ride in Bavaria- and Austria.. its a dream :bananarock:
