Don't know where you got the vin breakdown but it sure is not the one for my 2010 SEUC and it is not the one for my wife's 2006 Screamineagle Fatboy, UNLESS THE MOCO PUT THE WRONG VIN PLATE ON OUR TWO BIKES.   

I cant remember but I had it in a file on my cpu.  I never tried it but I thought it might me something to have.....Well I now know I can chalk it up to useless information.LOL
