Anyone have the part Number for the 09 SERG stock windscreen gasket?  Or have one to sell?  Thanks Doc

The parts book for the 09 SERG lists the part as

"57988-09  WIND DEFLECTOR ASSEMBLY, w/ gasket and wind deflector (black)"

Not sure if you can get just the gasket.  I checked on line at Chicago HD and they list the part number as "Black Wind Deflector $99.96."  I'm sure other "on line" dealers have it for the same price.  (-20%)

Doc, just have the parts guy open HDNet and it will list all parts that are included with any "asm". The windshield with the gasket is the asm, but you can buy either the windshield or the gasket seperately. I bought the new chrome GPS handlebar clamp ($95.00) out of the GPS Handlebar Mounting Kit ($120.00). Saved $25 for parts I didn't need. Parts mgr @ Jims was more than glad to only order what I wanted to buy.

What's up Doc :orange: I still want to get  my 110 with TTS down to you for a good tuning session. Maybe we can schedule something over March bike week in FL?  Try part number 57660-09 $27.62 Just bought one the other day. It didn't have the sticky dots on it like the stock assembly has on my 09 SERG.

If you're looking for the split rubber weatherstrip material and not the '09 SERG molded weatherstrip, this is what I use and it works great.

You can see it protects the inside and outside of the windshield and the fairing.  This stuff is what I had left over from a few streetrod projects.  Any of the aftermarket places will have this stuff.  Check out J.C. Whitney or any of the streetrod companies that you can find on the Internet.

This stuff is less than $30 for about 15'.  I've taken my windshields off and on many times and the stuff doesn't wear out and it looks good.

Just remove it and clean the glue from the windshield.
Now you have a clean look.
I never use it on any of my windshields.
