Has anyone in eurozone had their tyres replaced under warranty for cupping ?

Yes I got mine replaced, after I mailed
several HD-Managers, Swiss-Country-Manager
and HOG-Managers. If you don't push
them, they'll do nothing. Also the saddle
of my 09-SERG was changed under warranty.

Just reached the magic mileage (23,000Km) and need new tires. The tires arrive and the front has a 408F wrapper round the tire yet is the same 407 and stamped accordingly. Is Australia the dumping ground for the old 407's ?

I think it is caused by gravitational forces. not sure that all 407`s cupped maybe i can be avoided with a suitable pressure mine was cupped already at 4000 miles by the first owner. Apparently 408S are on back order my dealer is waiting for them anyhow.
