Colorado Springs to Amarillo TX & back for lunch!

Went to the local HOG meeting last night and one of the guys mentioned he was headed to Amarillo for lunch... who could pass up that? Was 32 when we left, enjoyed nearly 70 in Amarillo, had some Taco Bueno, a pint of Blue Bell ice cream, stopped by the HD dealer, and then back on the road. 800 miles in 15 hours... what a great day!!  DAMN I love my SERG!!

Was only 35 when I got home.... But the snow covered mountains sure are pretty!

Should have let us know we would have come from Oklahoma and you could have bought lunch only 4 hours for us.

lol... even **I** didn't know I was going until the last minute... lol

I did think about it while on the road; but it was too late by them.
