I've got a 2010 CVO Ultra and after much deliberation decided on the V&H Power Duals paired with the V&H Hi-Output Slip-ons. Upgraded to the SE Heavy Breather and Super Tuner at the same time. Those were the only changes to the motor and they gave about a 19% increase in both HP and TQ from stock. I've attached the rear cylinder dyno run, but couldn't figure out how to attach the other runs. In stock, the CVO turned 79 HP and 95 TQ, the base map gave 92 and 111 respectively, and after tuning (another 4 hours labor charge at Macon HD) it was much smoother and turned 94 HP and 113 TQ. I love the sound of the bike and it is definitely more responsive throughout the rpm range. I've also noticed a decrease in the heat generated - maybe changing the header pipe not sure. Hope this helps others. Rich

I'm running the same setup on a SESG since new, except for the HO mufflers they were dented from factory, therefore I ran the stock mufflers for 3 weeks. Bike ran great excellent power through the gears, to quiet though. The HO slip-on's came in, had them installed, dealer remapped the AF and all was good just a little change when starting the bike didn't start immediately like it use to. Mentioned this to the dealer at my first service and he changed the AF. Rode the 200+ km home and found the left muffler with black soot build up never had this before the last AF adjustment. Should I be concerned?
