Have a set of SE mufflers (EPA certified) with Fullsac conversion baffles available. Sound great. Good Harley sound but not as loud as others so you don't need to turn up the stereo. PLUS the cans are marked for EPA certification. PM me if interested in more info.

I had the V&H Monster Ovals on my 08 SEUG and loved them.  They have a throaty sound, but not overbearing.  Here's a link on eBay for a new set at 30% off list:  http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/VANCE-HINES-CHROME-MONSTER-OVALS-FLH-TOURING-HARLEY_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem25597bd151QQitemZ160415076689QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories#ht_969wt_1112

I'm running Rineharts on my new 2010 SEUG now and can't tell any difference in the sound.  I actually liked the larger ovals better.  Either way, my tech tells me to stay with the slip ons.  It's not necessary to remove the stock headers...

Fullsac is the way to go. Just did my wife's 2010 SE Streetglide with the 1.75 baffles. Sounds great but not too loud. Don't forget he also makes 2" and 2.25" baffles if you want it louder.

That's what I would do first.  If you still have the stock 4" mufflers on, he takes the baffles out and install his as the others have stated (3 sound/size choices of baffles).
