NASCAR Legends Race

Yeah, 'er 'uh, Race Nuts,
  Harry Gant will be driving our Pro-Cup Car in the "NASCAR Legends" Race, after the Nationwide Race, (2:30 p.m.), tomorrow afternoon.  The Car has been re-wrapped, and is Green & White, displaying the #33.  The Car is sponsored by Manheim.  Don't know why SKOAL ain't on the Car.  Wudn't invited to the Board Meeting.  Should be a Fun Race.  Our Car was the fastest of the 12 that tested on March 6th.  Turned 15:92, 15:96's consistently.  ;) Nascar said that was too fast, and made us put resticter plate on.  :nixweiss: Slowed us down .5!  Still pretty fast.  :2vrolijk_21: Later--HUBBARD

  Our Back-up Car will also be in the Race.  Charlie Glotzbach will be Driving it, displaying the #3.  Don't know who the Sponsor for Charlie is, yet.  It's set up with the same equipment as our Primary Car, and supposedly, as good a Race Car.  The Legends Race is a 35 Lap Race.  Harry and L.D. Ottinger were the only Drivers that showed up for the Test on March 6, so Nascar wouldn't let them Test the Cars, as that would give Harry and L.D., an unfair advantage over the other Drivers.  We had to use Pro-Cup Drivers to Test the Cars.  As we thought everything would workout, I didn't bring our Driver, Derek Kale, with me.  A.J. Frank and Jody Lavender, tested our Cars that day.  At any rate, should be an interesting Race.  Hope they don't wad 'em up! :'(  The Primary Car is a Brand New Car, throughout.  Later--HUBBARD

Good luck to you guys this year and I hope to make it over to New Smyrna next month to see you.
