Just checked my rear cylinder and HOLY $hIT it's back. The rear cylinder is leaking more like a weep again at the base.
I have had two top end gaskets done, then I had the recall, I mean the Product Enhancement done with new heads. Now I'm stuck with a leaking base cylinder. Looks like I need to call Headquarters tomorrow about this issue.
Have a look. I have about another 5K on this last fix, it is becoming to be a service modification along with oil changes. And to think that Harley charged me for the last oil change with the last engine tear down.
OH yea, no extended warranty.

We do love this bike and we hope it gets resolved by MoCo.

I feel your pain as I had several head and base gasket leaks. All is good now that motor is in a box and a Jim's 131 took it's place. Lots more power and runs cooler also, and no more waiting for the next leak. After the warranty was gone no more help from the MOCO. So pull thier crap motor out and put something better engineered in it's place. It's to bad they used us for test pilots at our expense.

HD replaced my 07 three times before I got rid of it for my 09.

Keep pushing.  Get a new engine (a 09 or 10).
