I've got a buddy that wants me to install a new cam in his 2006 SE Ultra.. first question..whats in there from moco..? Valve lift and duration..?
Second question.. What should I recommend he install..?  TW 26A or  255's  ?   He does all his riding 2 up and in the 1800 to 3500 rpm range... I think his 06 has the old style tensioners with .875 cam bearings but correct me if I'm wrong....

The stock cams for a CVO103 are the SE-253, specs in the attachment.  If you just want drop-in cams and don't plan any headwork, the Redshift 575 from Zipper's has been very popular among folks on the site.  Those specs are also on the attachment, as well as a couple alternatives from Bob Wood.  All of these cams are meant to boost torque down low, which is where your friend will need it with his riding style.  There are many other options as well.

I put Redshift 575 in my stock SE 103. Went gear drive. Love it. Dynoed @ 99 HP&110 TQ.
