I have search the site for the best price on ex warranty and I see a name Jenni  but i don't see a phone number or location.

Please let me know if this is the place or is their a different one.

The "extended warranty" isn't an extension of your warranty.  It's a service contract.  From a service contractor (not Harley, dealers are just the agents).  Has different coverages and limitations than the warranty.  That they're offered as some sort of seamless extension of the existing warranty is a chimera. 






(Harley couldn't afford a true seven year warranty with much of the product that hits the street from them today.)

Exactly.  That's what I feel got a hold on me after a tussle with the service department.

my black bike is comming in next week just went down to paid off the balance, dont know what to do about the warranty thy say 1600 gets me the extera 5 years plus 400 more for wheels and tires is that in the ball park, I'm kinda lost here never got this on a Harley before and I'm thinking i need it if this is a good price ill buy it when i pick it up........ any help or advice would be great thanks
