Pre purchase inspections?

I am trying to buy an older (1977) Harley that is located in the New York area. I am in Australia so I can't inspect myself. Can anyone suggest a company that does pre purchase inspections in that area. The dealers in the area only do pre purchase inspections on bikes that are registered, which this bike is not. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Might help of you narrowed down the area a bit.  New York City?  New York State?   :nixweiss:

The bike is advertised as being located in Port Washington. I have tried to search for pre purchase inspections on line with out much success. The bike is a 77 XLCR which are quite rare. I just don't want to risk buying over the web without checking out the bike and seller. The seller is Compcycles. Any assistance or advice is appreciated.
