RICHMOND, Indiana -- Police in Richmond, Ind., are investigating after a man heard his pet in distress and then discovered another man having sex with his dog. J.D. Moore said, "I noticed something in the corner of my back yard that wouldn't be there. I got closer and I saw the form of a man's head and I was like 'what are you doing back here?'"
Moore had been sitting on his back steps while his two female pit bulls, Mixie and Dixie, were playing in the back yard. But Moore said when he heard Dixie suddenly begin whining, he got up to investigate and discovered a man on top of her. Moore said he confronted the man, who began running away with his pants still down around his ankles, and that is when he called police.
Richmond Lt. Brad Berner said police are investigating the incident like any other crime. Police are especially concerned because they believe the man owns a German Shepard, which he was apparently taking for a walk when he attacked Dixie.
Berner said, "If he's got pets of his own, then he could be committing crimes against those animals. If they are in his house, who knows what he could be doing."
Moore said he is glad that Dixie seems to be okay after the incident, and added he hopes the suspect gets some sort of help. Moore said, "It just don't seem safe for someone like that to be around. He probably don't even know what he's doing, himself."
TALK ABOUT RISKY SEX! PIT BULLS MUST BE AT THE TOP OF THE LIST. MAYBE DIXIE WAS IN HEAT???
