Several have been recommended in various threads.  JCZ or AK can let you know about the one that they use with great results.  I personally used Eagle One Express to ship my SEEG cross country.  It was $600 from NJ to CA and the bike was perfect when it got here.  They only carry motorcycles and took great care of it.

I have used www.haulbikes.com with good results in the past. I know the MoCo recently started offering shipping but, I have not heard anything good or bad about it [smiley=confused5.gif]

I've used Allied Van Lines, they were excellent and have an only motorcycle division.
