The FisherPrice tuner...opps...I mean the ProTuner from Harley has a problem of locking up computers several times while trying to tune with it and when the computer locks up a window pops up saying ''Nolan is having a problem'' We believe Nolan is the last name of the man who developed the ProTune for SPX...... :nixweiss:

You mean "Hal"  :D

Not sure if I agree or disagree. Would depend on the area that you live in. There are so many dealers in Atlanta that the one up the street will not only dyno with one but sell you a TTS... Doc was at Harley of Atlanta this past Monday giving a class so that would be two in my area

What's the other one? I know there is one on the south side but can't remember the name. If that's not the one you are talking about then there are three.

The dealer on the southside is Great South in Newnan.  They've been a TTS dealer/ tuning center just about since TTS moved away from Harley.  There is also a TTS dealer in Fayetteville-- American Twin Performance and Machine.

There are plenty of HD dealers worldwide that not only sell but install Mastertune. Most all of them know the product well because they have used it from 2002 to 2008 when we sold it through HD. There are a lot of dealers that have gotten very tired of ""Nolan" biting them over and over again and now only use Mastertune.

Have not heard of any of the local tuners having a "Nolan" problem.  Most of the dealers around here will recommend/prefer to sell you whatever the latest HD version of the tuner is.  Having said that, all of the dealers around here will sell you whatever you want; PC, TTS, ThunderMaxx, SESPT, etc.  Most of the dealers around here that also dyno, the tuners will normally be more comfortable with whatever the latest flavor of tuner the MoCo is selling.  I have one of each....my 07 SEUC has the TTS SERT and the '10 has the "Nolan".  My dealer has no problem with either.  I've never had a "Nolan" with my computer either when I've used the SESPT software....no not sure where all these problems are at.   :nixweiss:
