Take the map you are running in the bike right now, or the one you plan on using if doing this all fresh.  Make the changes to the Tables as recommended in the Tuning Guide, download it to the ECM.  Run Datamaster on a laptop connected to the ECM for an hour or so while you......ride, save the file.  Run V-Tune, tell it about the map you created before running datamaster, then tell it about the Datamaster file you just saved, it will recommend changes and when you accept it will create a new file.  Download that to the ECM and repeat until you get only minor changes to the map.  The Tuning Guide really lays it all out, just read it and do everything it says.

If you have issues with it, I'm on the MD/PA Line and would be happy to help, bout 20 miles East of Shrewsbury.....
