same over here - installs without any sign of error but shows nothing afterwards  ::)

Do you know what the file is called?  I can look to see where it is, then.

I've got a Road Tech 665 with the pre-installed HD dealers.  How'd you install the HD dealer update file?  It's an .exe file and I can't seem to figure out how to load on it the 665 so it overwrites the current HD file.  Thanks.

You don't need to download the file separately - just run the Garmin update checker from their site and it will update everything.
