I have a zumo 550 on my SEUC...........I want to download maps, POI's and download routes that I prefer..........how difficult is this ?? Sorry for a dumb question, but I'm not very computer savy........

Ditto that .... not being a smart @$$ but you should start by reading the manual and here is another good resource - Mapsource Tutorial. That Mapsource manual is for an older version of Mapsource but it will cover some basics (sending routes to your Zumo, etc. etc.)
