Anyone know how to unlatch the ECM caddy on top of the battery?

Once you take the back screws out, I can see a latch up front, but I don't quite understand how to unlatch it.

The service manual doesn't explain it either.

I can't remember the exact way to do it, but I do remember that it wasn't easy. It took some finesse as I recall.

Move the caddy forward and up.
