Have you looked at Supertrapp?  Just ordered mine to cut the sound, but keep the HP & Torque.  Best is going to be decided by YOU!

I recently switched from Freedom Cycles Duals (Rineharts) to the Supertrapp Supermeg. The closed cap was to quiet so i went to the open billet cap and fewer discs (12) . Dyno results show a 10 ft. lb. Tq. increase from idle to 3500 rpm but a loss of 6 ft. lb. in peak Tq. Peak Horsepower dropped by 2. Overall very satisifed with the performance and fit and finish of this pipe.

This pipe is not the best performer but the balance of sound and performance is very good.

The SuperMeg is the best performer pipe off the shelf....however to get all it has to offer a dyno and a GOOD tuner is needed to use the correct pack of disc open or closed depending on the displacment and air flow through the motor. It takes time to tune one of these pipes to the bike but again it pays off with a great performing and mellow sounding ride.
White Brothers series ''E'' pipes where the best you can buy however they quit making the Harley pipe in 2002....so....that leaves the Super Mega the best we have now.

Sweet. If I don't trade my Ultra with the 103, I'm going to have Doc tune it for me as well.
