HD heated seat
« on: March 05, 2006, 08:20:43 PM »

put my new HD heated RK seat on today. easy job plugs into ACC connector in front of the battery. i added the indicator lamp which is pretty much a waste it is supposed to indicate which of the 3 levels the seat is on but it does this by changin the brightness of the led, not really worth the hassell of running the wires and adding an ACC switch housing if you dont already have this stuff done for other reasons,

first impression of the seat after about 20 miles is that it is much more comfortable then the stock SERK seat and heats up nicley when its in the low 40's outside

I have really enjoyed this seat especially this time of the year. I didn't think that lite would be worth it so I removed it from my wish list. If I forget which level it's on I simply flip the accessory switch on and off and start over! ;D
