We used the fly and ride this week...........Rode the Dragon..........great people at Merryville HD in Knoxville Tn.

I am pretty sure you used Smoky Mountain HD, in Maryville.  People at Knoxville HD on Clinton Hwy and Lovel road are not near as friendly.
