I actually have the Big Sky fan kit and in my case it makes a huge difference. I found the trick to this is to turn the fans on early. The fans will not cool down the motor once its hot, what it will do is to keep the motor from getting any hotter. In my case I have the automatic version and have it set for the fans to come on at 215F. I have sat in traffic both in Sturgis and Laughlin and the fans have kept me from overheating. These are also sold on E-Bay and you would think there would be at least 1 negative feedback if this didnt work.

I know what your talking about,, and i did just that... turned em on when i left work and turned em off 65 miles latter when i got home.. And just as I stated,, they dont work... trust me,,, they simply dont work.... If you didn't overheat on the way to Strugis and Laughlin,, then turn them off,,, you'll find you still wont overheat without them. If no one is saying anything negative on Ebay,, then they must be embarrassed for spending that big junk of change for nothing,,, i know i would have... Just take my word...they dont work....
