Beeeeyoutiful machine.  Top outside of that mustache bar is probably the best place to mount highway lights.  Have to remove those rubber pads, though.....I tried to put my feet up there and it was just too uncomfortable.

Actually, I kinda like the lights you attach to the front forks or the fender mount... Don't know if I'll like the braided cable coming out of there, though..?  I think the position for my feet on the mustache bar is OK. Looking at highway pegs and adjustable mount (actually am going to use my rear footpegs ala Porky and get footboards for the passenger, I think)...  Right now if I get a lil cramped I just put my boot heel on the mustache bar pads and go lazy legs.

I have a blue 2010 and I have the same bar on mine.
I agree that putting my feet on the rubber pads isn't the most comfortable position to ride in, but when I kick my legs up there and stretch them out with the backs of my ankles rested on the rubber pads it is hard to beast for comfort!
Wish I knew how to add pictures so I could put mine up here!

Do you have a part number for the engine bars as they only have the black ones in the catalogue now, maybe discontinued???
