how many keep  an eye on oil temps, at 210/220 degrees, and does the oil cooler on the cvo's do the job

I do .. if its extremely hot out. The oil cooler does help. My bud put a 10 row jagg on his, mounted to the left side of the frame .It gets tons of air out there and made a significant difference in his oil temp.

I keep an eye on mine, did a ride on Thursday here in Virginia 102 degrees, lot of mountain riding, only hit 232, I was very happy with that, considering the bike was loaded down and riding two up.

It was 95 out today and I hit around 240 with a cooler. I have a Softail and was riding alone.
