My 110" RK has Supertuner, high flow air cleaner and Monster ovals. The dealer installed a map that seems to work OK but I would really like to eliminate the decel popping. It puts a little damper on the slow laid back cruisin mood.

Anyone know where in central Tex that can fix me up?

If you have the software and cables, it's relatively easy to eliminate the decel pop yourself. Open the software. Use the Tuning fork to access your map (if you don't have it separately you may need to download it off the VCI). Then go into the Decel file. Highlight the whole list and try reducing it by 2 "steps". Save the file as another name. Download the file to the bike and take it for a ride. The Decel pop should be less or gone. If its not, try reducing it by another 2 steps.

Normally the decel eleanment table is used if it's a quick pop when you shift or back off the throttle, just data log the temp. If it is popping while decelerating just richen the afr in the 20 map column at the affected rpm.

I have had great experience with Mike Lozano on numerous bikes for the past 10 years, he'll tune with PC, H-D race tuner, or TTS. ;D
