Questions for Phoenix area members

Hi.  I'm thinking of taking a run down to Phoenix to look at buying a house.  I'm just wondering what the best communities are relative to good price, low crime, close to arena, etc.  Was thinking of the West side around Glendale, Peoria, Sun City etc.  What are your thoughts and advice?

For me the best place is by far Scottsdale.

Come on down, it's a awesome to live and ride. I prefer the east side, Chandler/Gilbert area. Sent me PM for more :coolblue:
