« on: September 22, 2010, 07:29:55 PM »

I was thinking as once in a while i do,(very dangerous)  How would the tts  system  or the pcv  work on harleys  active exhaust system  or another switch operated  exhaust, anybody know ?????   wouldnt the opening and closing  the valve in the  exhaust keep the  the tuner trying to play catch up???

We allow the valve to be switch off. This keeps it open at all times so it acts just like a US model bike.

Thanks  Steve  i almost bought this exhaust system from the S.E.  catalogue  when it was offered..I still would like to try it sometime. as sound levels are really starting to be enforced by L.E.

With your setup you listed in your profile, they STILL hassle you???
I would think that you would be pretty quiet, compared to, say, ThunderHeader!

Yes they do,  Its getting to the point that if you dont have the federal emissions stamp on your mufflers , your pipes are illegal reguardless of how quiet it is,  Mine are quiet  with fulsac x and 2" slip ons  but i want a little more flexability,  ive had the thunder header as well as d7D FATCAT, SUPER TRAPS AND  PRO PIPE,  just trying to get ahead a little  the  legal   method
