o2 sensor and computer wiring question

On an 06 seuc Does it mess with the computer or the o2 sensors if you have it all wired up to run them but haven't programmed the ecm to actually use them?  Has a sert on it but waiting on it to get reprogrammed for the tts.  Didn't know if i had to leave them unplugged from the o2 sensors or if it didn't really matter and it wouldn't pick up till you mapped it that they were actually there.

It won't hurt to have the 02's wired in before the ECM is programed with a 07 MT7 map.

Thanks doc. thought that was right but didn't know if it would pick up or screw stuff up with the 141 mt6 maps still on there.
