You will need all the cubes to get anywhere close to that, the Jims 131, and that would be with reworked heads added compression and a different cam, TB, injectors and clutch. At this point with a bit of hard riding you are pushing the stock 6sp and it would not be hard to snap a belt.
I have not seen any DBW bike achieve these numbers BTW. Not saying it is impossible just have not seen it done. It is my belief there are software limitations in place (in the background not accessable to the end user) even with the TTS being used as a tuner. If you are serious about your goal I suggest getting a hold of Doc. He would be the one I trust to get the goal done and would also be straight and tell you if it is possible, practical and a good idea.
http://www.docsperformancetuning.com/About_Us.htmlChanging to a carb is not impossible but not easy as these bikes have a lot of electronics that are all integrated, so by cutting out the DBW and EFI a lot of new issues arrise. Have not seen the carb changeover yet either sucessfully.
All the 150/150 bikes I have had experience with were earlier models, and a few were S&S 124" EVOs.
If you were serious about your goal I would get rid of the 2010 and get a 2006. Now a lot of possibilities open up including the S&S 124" which with a little headwork and added compression can hit the 150 mark pretty easy. Plus there are a plethora of good strong driveline components that can take that power for the earlier model.
If 150 can be backed down a little a lot of possibilities open up such as I have already outlined.
