Engine comes out for case bore, at that time the crank can be trued and welded \ plugged (your crank for a 114" or 117" or the SE crank for a 120). New bearings and seals, barrels, and pistons. Heads reused as-is. Cam can be reused or move up. TB replaced with the SE58 possibly rewworked by HPI with their manifold. Good pipes and tune. Go over to HTT and look in the dyno area there, a 114" (HD 4.060 barrels and stock 110 crank) just got posted with our heads and makes 120ft lbs right after 2k and hold that past 5K with a conservative cam Wood 8. He picked up 6/6 and a whole lot flatter torque curve with exhaust tuning the Supertrap and a second tune. Here is a link but you have to be registered member (free) to see it.

Final result 126/132 SAE corrected
The Jims route you buy a whole motor they do not sell components and frankly that is not 100% ready for plug and play, some blueprinting is needed. Much more costly.

You will need all the cubes to get anywhere close to that, the Jims 131, and that would be with reworked heads added compression and a different cam, TB, injectors and clutch. At this point with a bit of hard riding you are pushing the stock 6sp and it would not be hard to snap a belt.
I have not seen any DBW bike achieve these numbers BTW. Not saying it is impossible just have not seen it done. It is my belief there are software limitations in place (in the background not accessable to the end user) even with the TTS being used as a tuner. If you are serious about your goal I suggest getting a hold of Doc. He would be the one I trust to get the goal done and would also be straight and tell you if it is possible, practical and a good idea.

Changing to a carb is not impossible but not easy as these bikes have a lot of electronics that are all integrated, so by cutting out the DBW and EFI a lot of new issues arrise. Have not seen the carb changeover yet either sucessfully.
All the 150/150 bikes I have had experience with were earlier models, and a few were S&S 124" EVOs.
If you were serious about your goal I would get rid of the 2010 and get a 2006. Now a lot of possibilities open up including the S&S 124" which with a little headwork and added compression can hit the 150 mark pretty easy. Plus there are a plethora of good strong driveline components that can take that power for the earlier model.
If 150 can be backed down a little a lot of possibilities open up such as I have already outlined.

for the numbers you are looking for you might want to contact G2 Racing and talk to these guys they have the ability to put you well above 150/150 with one of their motors.

If you want those numbers I would check Gates Performance. Found this on YOU TUBE:
Greg Gates of Gates Performance Engineering in Laingsburg, Mi, specializes in performance of the hand made variety.

A former GM design engineer, Gates designed and machined the 230-plus hp engine
that set a new record of 171.252 MPH at Bonneville.

The monster 158ci motor looks like a Harley on steroids. I can run it at 110 mph and
crack the throttle and smolder the tire! says Gates.

The engine has a 4.6 inch bore, a 4.75 inch stroke, titanium valves, billet cylinder heads (milled from 50-pound aluminum blocks, aluminum connecting rods and pistons fabricated from blanks both used in NHRA pro stock racing motors. Gates builds high-end custom and racing motorcycle engines that will sell for $9,000 to $32,000

131", with a good heads, one of several cams, and if injected a 62mm HPI t/body, or carbed, then take a look at S&S's Extreme "G" set-up.
