This shock is supposed to adjust as the load on the bike increases or decreases.  The owners manual is not real clear. Is the shock supposed to click after each turn? Is a turn a full turn ? Is a turn just the movement of the indicator one place? The chart in the manual lists 19 adjustments, there is no way I can get 19 full turns on the adjuster. Does anyone have any experience with this adjustable shock ?

Each click is an adjustment. I installed these on my 09 SERG.
With the weight off the rear of the bike, you can tighten the shock to the max setting.
I set the shock to the max setting and than went off on a ride with the wife on back.
I made a few stops then to decrease the tension on the shock. The two of us weigh in around 325 pounds.
I like my suspension set up a bit on the stiff side. We ended up with a setting of 6 clicks down from the max setting.
These shocks IMO are much better than the stock air shocks. I am very happy with them.

Thanking about trying the 2011 sesg shocks how is the seat height same as 2009 serg ?

Seat height 09 SERG is the same with the 2011 shocks installed.
