Radio and speakers for a batwing
« on: December 24, 2010, 12:56:42 PM »

Put a aftermarket batwing fairing on my 03 SERK.  I need to find a radio and speakers (mounting hardware, wiring harness, cover, etc.)  What has everyone used and what do you suggest?

Thanks,

Aftermarket fiberglass "no name" fairing.  Radio opening is 8 1/4" x 3 1/4", 4 speaker wholes 4 1/2" each.  I have got to drill my wholes for wiring before I send it for paint, obviously.  I don't have many requirements:  an aux input jack and I would love to have an output jack.  On those long, I am by myself rides I wear earplugs.

Thanks!

a standard car radio is 7"x2" opening not sure what your options are for an opening that size.
