Harley Adjustable Passenger Footpegs on 2010 CVO Ultra?
« on: July 03, 2010, 09:51:11 AM »

Have any of you tried Harley's new adjustable passenger foot pegs on a 2010 CVO Ultra? The description doesn't say it won't work on the ultra but it does reference "Fits '10-later Touring models with Original Equipment passenger footboards." Since the CVO passenger floorboard is adjustable, I don't know if that is considered an OE passenger floorboard. Kuryakyn's model literature states that it will not work on the CVO. If someone has had success with the addition, what peg did you use with it? Thanks.

You must also check to see if they work with other than stock exhaust. They fit with my D&D 2>1 but had to disassemble the peg to get it on.

Thanks for the response. I went with the Kuryakyn model that was made for the CVO and it works fine. I still have the stock exhaust just with different head pipe and baffles.

I added the Kuryakyn models to my 2010 Ultra SE.  There are a couple of things you have to do; first get the main passenger peg from say a standard Road Glide, (I got chrome ones), and then you have to change the ball bearing that holds the footboard up, to the old style metal ball. ( the new ones are plastic and not as large)  With these two changes, the Kuyakyn adjustables work great...the wife loves having the ability to change her foot positions.  If you have any specific questions, send me an email

4505 works but that inboard rear screw for the right side is not easy.
