Anyone change the stock throttle body to a 58mm on a 110 motor? Can it be done without head work or cams.

I would not see any reason why it could not be done without head work or cams, but I am not sure if there will be much benefit.
Sorry not much help, but I am sure someone here will chime in with some good info. I am pretty sure there are a few that have used the 58mm.
