When we got up this morning we had 2" of snow and it was still snowing. First measurable snow here on Christmas Day since 1969. JCZ your dog is cool! Is that OEM paint on your wifes bike? It is a nice color! I took some pics but have not downloaded them yet. Were you guys that cold.

It wasn't that cold....50F.  I had my seat turned on but didn't plug in my heated gear.  However cold it was/is (it's been pouring rain for the past four hours), I wasn't going to complain.  I know that some members will not be able to ride for a few months.  Our year round riding is one of the things I love about being in this state......another is the variety of riding areas, roads, conditions, mountains, flatland, twisties, straights, etc. all within an hour or two from home.  We're just really fortunate here and we don't take it for granted...we really appreciate it!

Oh, her bike is an 09 Street Glide in stock Red Hot Sunglo.  But, as you can see, her bike isn't stock by any means.....more mods on that bike than our CVOs....  http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=32927.0

Doggles can be found at their web site.......  http://doggles.com/doggles.html   They have an adjustable strap that goes up over the top of the head, behind the ears and a strap that goes under their jaw so they will not blow off.  With the Maltese (because of the hair) you have to be careful to get all of their hair outside the doggel lenses before you get on the road.  Otherwise it all ends up in front of their eyes. LOL

The pet carrier is Kuryakn...... http://www.kuryakyn.com/Products/3904/Pet-Palace    This thing is actually designed very well with screen windows on three sides and the top as well as zipping it completly closed up (in the rain or to cold).  It has compartments for the small water and food bowl (came with it), harness, leash, ground stake, etc.  She loves it. 

Being an owner of a Maltese you already know the attention they garner.  Riding down the freeway with one wearing a pair of doggles head up, looking all around....you can imagine the kind of attention it gets.  I've had people nearly run me off the road tring to get pictures of her.
