Has anyone used a set up of the following items on their 2011 CVO 110cu/in bike?

1. Vance and Hines Power Duals Header Pipes
2. Harley Davidson Screamin' Eagle Fatshotz Slip-On Mufflers HD part #80847-10
3. Dynojet Power Commander V

Yep
I have the V&H Power duals and headers , but have V&H High Outputs with A PCV .
Dyno has it at a bit over 92 Hp and 109 ftlb torque.
Not to shabby . :2vrolijk_21:
It sounds pretty good too.
I just fitted SE-259E cams and High Compression pistons and waiting to get a good Dyno tune again .
I will post Dyno Charts then.
Cheers

Dave,
Is the bike running any cooler since you installed the PCV and the V&H headers?

Will certainly post charts ASAP.
The heat issue has improved heaps. No discomfort in any temperatures , and I rode on fairly hot days in summer - about 38 degrees C.
When I  first got the bike I really noticed the heat around right thigh .
As soon as I changed to the V&H pipes heat improved.
Not sure whether the PCV contributed in reducing heat also ?

I have been reading stuff here for about three years and the one thing I don't ever remember reading is anyone not happy with the PC-V.

It will be interesting to see if you gain more with the cam and pistons than the pipes and tuner? I think you need it all to really make the 110 sing.

I have the V&H power duals on my 2009 and the PC V w/autotune... I am not happy with the PC V.  Have tried serval maps and i cant get rid of the pinging when rolling on the throttle when i am going up a hill.

i am going to take out the PCv and am going to the TTS Mastertune.

Those caned maps are a ballpark setup, there a lot of local variations/conditions and just differences bikes that can cause those maps to to be spot on. A good tune is the best way to get it dialed in.

The original map i recieved from Fuel Moto, they have tried tweeking it several times as well as support from Powercommander.  Maybe i have a bad unit.
