Just finished two Fullsac 96 Stage ll's. One was a 2009 and the other 2011 Ultra. Installed 54 Andrews, .030 Cometic Gaskets, Fullsac "A" Xpipe, TTS tuner. At the moment the bikes are running VH 1.75" core Slip ons. I will have my Fullsac baffles in a couple of weeks. But I can honestly say, I have two happy owners!!! These bikes Rock with the Fullsac set up. I'm going to have to change the clutch springs, because in the 4th and 5th gear I could feel the clutch slip from the increase.  Pretty awesome increase in performance for the money.

What map did u use? The last time I talked to Steve at Fulsac he didnt have a map for 96.

You are correct. No map for a 2011 96, so I used the map for a 2011 103 stage ll map and changed the tuning constants from 103" to 96" and I'm going to do a few vtune sessions to fine tune it.
