Andy if it wasn't you posting it saying it was your daughter I'd put up the BS flag.

That is an awesome photo and from a cell phone no less. Cameras used to try and get shots like cost 10s of thousands of dollars.

I would copyright it and offer it for sale to apple - no doubt there would be some interest there.

  My son-in-law is a Director at Apple In locked down unit that makes the magic happen. He,s contacted and is in conversation with folks that provide the camera for i phone . Apple has a rep. for not paying for promotions that other company,s do . Their take WE DON,T HAVE TOO we,re doing gang busters with out it. They are buzzed about the photo but i don,t see any pay day...Andy

Once you post a picture on the internet and it's not copyrighted it will show up anywhere (just look in the upper right corner here)... I wouldn't be surprised if they use it anyway.

No doubt if they are not willing to pay they will spend countless buck-a-roos trying to duplicate it.

I agree, but since it's already been up no telling how many have d/l it.

And as far as my pic being somewhere else I learned a long time ago if you don't want something showing up somewhere else don't post it on the internet... If that company wants to use my pic for their personal profit w/o my permission... well it just shows what kind of company they are and as far as I'm concerned they couldn't work on a wheelbarrel of mine.

I had a company that sells rear wheel/end stabilizers ask if I was using their product because they wanted to use that picture but when I told them that I didn't they didn't use the picture. That's the kind of company I'd do business with... they don't believe in perputrating a fraud.

Exactly what I said JR when we were on our ride last Sunday and Andy showed it to me.  Being somebody that really gets in to photography, I knew how unique that pic was/is.  I told Andy he had to post that on the forum here.....I knew others would appreciate it, too.
