  Ordered a Freedom windshield for my 11 CVOSG.

I went with the 8 inch. I'm 5'8.. Anybody been here done that ?

I have the same on my 2004 SEEG in dark smoke.  I'm 6' 2" and is fine for me

I have 8" too at 6'3" works fine.  Wife is about 5'11' with same shield.   She gets zero wind.

I'm 6' and originally went with the 8" as my first mod.

Last week I installed a 9" Freedom I received from a member here we took a 500 mile trip over the weekend.  The 9" is staying on for now.
It took the wind just to the top of my 3/4 helmet and reduced the buffeting 80 mph.

I have the 7" dark smoke for Summer and a 10" light smoke for winter and touring. Both are great, easy to swap out, and are better than stock for my height. I like to say that I made it to 6 feet for about 15 minutes back in 1979.  ;D

I'm 5'8" and ordered a 8" screen and it felt like one of the most scary rides of my life after I put it on. My line of sight was just at the top of the shield and the dark shield and the fact that it was late at night meant it felt like I couldn't see a thing. Exchanged it for a 6" after talking to John which is still in the box as I'm currently using a 6.5" KlockWerks which works really well.
