K&N High-Flow Air Filter Kit

Has anyone seen or tried this high-flow air kit from K&N?

Looks like it would do the same as the SE or Big Sucker.  Only problem is that K&N wants $160 for it.  Haven't checked to see if it can be purchased for less anywhere.
