Dyno Test! Stock Cams VS Woods 555.
« on: March 03, 2011, 10:18:15 AM »

Just completed a cam install on a 2010 103 Limited
Came in the door with a customer installed Fullsac Stage I kit. "A" X Pipe, Recored CVO mufflers, Untuned Fullsac Base map

Run# 9, 80 HP, 96 TQ. as delivered

Installed a set of Woods 555 cams, .030 head gaskets, retuned.

Run# 23, 96 HP, 106 TQ

Beatifull TQ curve gaining 10 FT and 16 HP with just a set of cams and .030 gaskets.

All runs done in 5th gear, same tank of gas.

PS- anybody see a bottom end TQ loss?

Bill sent the dyno sheet to me yesterday.

I'm thinking he's happy with that bike down there in Phoenix, this morning. :2vrolijk_21:

He is on his way to get it as I type.  We trailered it over last Saturday as 70% rain was forecast (& He wouldn't ride back bitch ??).  As luck would have it, we got there before the rain but got rained on coming home.  So he is headed back with my truck to get the bike now.

Sorry JC, we took it over on the Ambulance, I have to stick with your story!

Going to be very exciting to ride.  Along with the cams Steve installed the 30 tooth front sprocket so this bike should just plain haul A$$

Great work Steve!

Steve,

Have you done any runs on the dyno with the same setup as the one you have above but with a TR 525 cam?
