With the CVO assembly being incorporated into the normal production line, I would strongly recommend that you buy a service manual and go over the entire bike section by section to confirm that all of the bolts are tightened to the specified torque specs.

When I did this with my 2010 FLHXSE I was flabbergasted at how many bolts, screws and fasteners were not at spec and in many cases extremely loose.

I went over the front end first an worked my way to the rear.  Also, for some strange reason HD doesn't see fit to use or use enough antiseize compound on the axles and wheel sleeves during initial assembly. This makes it real hard to do the first tire changes for you or the technician.

Just saying....

Things have changed since 2008 - I found NO loose fasteners, and, during the first fluid change, found fasteners over-tightened.  3 of the 5 primary cover fasteners BROKE during disassembly and had to use Easyouts.  Go figure.....my 05 Kawasaki had loose hose connections that leaked when it was new in 2005.

I had only 250 miles on my 2011 CVO Street glide and the throttle already stuck in the wide open position, then the wire for the starter unclipped and the bike wouldn't start. Hopefully everything else is ok. Just got 800 miles and it and will have everything checked at the 1K service.

I'm in the process of changing my handlebars and have removed the tank, instrument nacelle, and all the fixins.  I'm very surprised at how loose the bolts have been.  The only ones that I feel were tightened to spec were the handlebar clamps.

All that chit should have been checked before delivery by the dealer.  And you expect something different at the "1K service" - my man, save yourself, get a shop manual and go over the bike yourself.
BTW, in 42,000 miles, only a passenger footboard screw loosened on my Ultra SE.  So, it depends who worked on the assembly line that shift.  But your dealer let you down once....fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
